Hey everyone! For my first post, I decided to share with you my favorite healthy snack recipe. You have to know that I hate bananas but they are so good for you, and you can make so many healthy recipes with them! (pancakes, cakes...) If like me, you don't really enjoy bananas, try out this cake it is delicious!
Ingredients:
❤ 200gr flour / 1cup + 2/3 cup
❤ 3 bananas
❤ 2 eggs
❤ 11gr baking powder / 1tbsp and a half
❤ 100 gr of dark chocolate

❤ In another bowl, mix the flour and the baking powder
❤ Add the bananas to the flour/baking powder mixture and mix well
❤ Once mixed, you can add one egg at a time mixing between each egg.
❤ Break the chocolate into chunks (unless you are using chocolate chips) and add them in the mixture
❤ It is now time to add the mixture to your cake mold!
❤ Now in the oven! 35 minutes (may be more or less depending on your oven) at 180°C (356°F) and you are done!
